I’ve been writing code since I was 9 years old. I started on my Commodore 64, went to college for Computer Science, and spent over 30 years in this industry. I’ve seen a lot of trends come and go. But what’s happening right now to entry-level developers? This isn’t a trend. This is an extinction event.
And the worst part? We’re doing it to ourselves.
